The Cabin
Oak Tree Cabin is more than just a place to stay—it's a little haven, designed to be an tranquil, accessible holiday space for everyone to enjoy. The indoor/outdoor living space is light filled and airy creating a sense of calm and freedom, aided by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside.
Inside and outside the cabin’s focus is on comfort and relaxation. There is a comfy double bed so you can wake up feeling refreshed and recharged whilst the well equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave and fridge (with a small freezer compartment). Whether you are cooking up a breakfast feast or a tasty supper you will find everything on hand.
The dining table is a good size offering plenty of space to plan your next day’s adventures over your evening meal and the lounge area has a cosy two seater sofa and cane chairs and is a lovely space for snuggling up with a good book or a glass of wine. On cooler evenings or during the autumnal and winter months the wood burning stove brings a wonderful ambience, creating that perfect ‘cosy cabin’ vibe.
You will find a range of maps, books, guides to outdoor swimming and biking as well a selection of games for entertainment. Whilst for those that like to stay connected, we have included Wi-Fi and a TV so you can also enjoy a movie night.
Outside the raised decked area is spacious and has an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining as well as a couple of reclined seats for chilling out or maybe reading a book. However, if you prefer a more active start to your day in the outdoor cupboard you will find a couple of yoga mats – ideal for an invigorating morning stretch! Oak Tree Cabin sits in its own fenced garden (should you bring your furry friend with you) and beyond the garden there is a three acre field which you are welcome to wander around.
